Hey!

I’m Matt Kelly.

I’m a former hockey player who now works as a physiotherapist, biomechanist and researcher with a special interest in hockey. When I transitioned from playing to working in hockey, I found very few quality resources to help me with my clients. Hockey is a very unique sport and hockey players shouldn’t be treated like any other athlete from other sports. Getting hockey players back to the ice can be challenging and overwhelming, but I’m here change that.

My goal is to share the science of hockey performance and rehabilitation to help you get better results in the clinic and the gym while you help your clients get better results on the ice.
